I’m all in favor of people voting for Kanye West, if they were otherwise going to vote for Biden.
Sorry, but I have to disagree with Jim and Greg about Miles Taylor. Chiefs of Staff are extremely important, and also extremely knowledgable, because everything from the head guy and to the head guy goes through the Chief of Staff. He is the gatekeeper. It is definitely a process job rather than a policy job, but the Chief of Staff has to understand the policy of his own agency as well as the policies of others. In a process where knowledge is power, knowledge of the policy as well as knowledge of the bureaucracy, the Chief of Staff is key. The Chief of Staff is going to know as much — if not more– as his principal officer. And it’s understandable that any Chief of Staff is going to have distain for the dysfunctional way Trump has run things for four years. It’s amazing more serious people haven’t bailed on him more quickly.
Damn there was a Borat ad to start the podcast.
Actually make that 2 Borat ads. the middle ad break went to Borat as well.
The one thing about the Anonymous author being revealed – he’s still anonymous.
It seems incredible that anyone could still be fooled by that/him. But I guess he’s not usually doing it himself any more.
I would like to see him jump into the room on someone with a security detail… I wonder who would riot if Borat got shot.
He wasn’t Chief of Staff at the time, he was Deputy. Which means he was the assistant to the assistant of a department head. Which means he likely didn’t have access to see squat.
“assistant to the traveling secretary”.
Oh, you get all the good ads.
No, he’s doing it. Fat suit and red hair and beard to disguise himself.
But wasn’t his usual schtick to get someone to do something embarrassing and/or illegal, on camera? Why would people do that in front of Santa?
