Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. Join Jim and Greg for an upbeat Friday edition! Today, after assessing Joe Biden’s latest live television mess, they welcome the three-phase plan to bring the U.S. economy back to life. They also marvel at the medicinal and practical ways our hospitals are treating COVID-19. And they break down the curious arguments of Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz, both of whom became household names courtesy of Oprah.

Oh, geeze, if Jim lives up to his reputation of always being wrong, that means that there really is an al Laddereda!
He shows a certain self-awareness when, tongue-in-cheek, he tells us we should trust podcasters instead of TV doctors.
Dr. Phil’s comments were inartfully stated for someone who’s been on TV for 20 years. But his point seemed to be you can’t keep the entire country locked down in perpetuity based on the hot-spot COVID-19 areas. He could have been more nuanced instead of throwing a 10-second sound bite out there, but I don’t think back home in Texas right now he’s yelling at Greg Abbott on his TV over Abbott not announcing the total reopening of all of the state of Friday.
