Given progressives’ complete disinterest in reforming urban education, I have to wonder what they really think of black people.

When black kids come out of the unionized public schools in the inner cities without having learned much, progressives must be blaming the kids, not the schools.

In a related case, progressives have been fierce supporters of gun control where minorities live but not (until very recently) in lily-white Vermont.
