Trump’s New PACs
So after winning the nomination Donald Trump has announced that he’s going to form Super PACs with the intention of defeating fellow Republicans Ted Cruz, John Kasich, and a third person, unnamed but widely believed to be Ben Sasse.
This is what I love about Trump. He is what is known as a mensch. You have to admire the mentality of a man who — while running for president — announces an effort to defeat his fellow Republicans because they didn’t support him, and yet says he’s mostly focused on defeating Hillary Clinton.
I for one, applaud Trump for his deeply felt commitment to the Constitution (which he knows better than anybody), to conservatism, (as he is more conservative than anyone), and to the Republican party (from which he intends to purge personally disloyal to him).
What a country.

Wait. Trump is a Republican? I didn’t know. What is a Republican anyway?
I’ll tell you this; Kasich is the closest thing you can be to a Democrat without carrying the card.
Cruz is a conservative, and ‘Republicans’ hate him, undermined him and won’t support him.
Interestingly, when anyone can be a Republican, everyone’s a RINO.
The party is a launching pad, but once aloft, the candidate can go to the planet of his choice.
You can you restate your question in a way that is rational, or reflective of the issue at hand?
You compared Trump’s behavior to Romney’s. I am asking for examples of Romney behaving in a similar manner.
Google works for you too.
So, it’s my responsibility to back up your claim?
Nice try.
Don’t you know [redacted].
[Editors’ Note: Personal Attacks.]
Trump once again shows himself to be a wise and magnanimous statesman. What a world-class temperament, in the tradition of Lincoln, Coolidge, and Reagan!
Oh, statesman-like temperament is for Loosers! Winners run around insulting people and threatening retaliation!
I don’t expect Donald Trump will actually fund these PACs when the chips are down. He’s just hoping to intimidate other Republicans who are thinking of not getting aboard the Trump Train. He made peace with Megyn Kelly and his supporters where calling her a traitor after the first debate. He’ll eventually forget about Kasich and Cruz. And if he doesn’t, oh well, his ardent supporters like him because he fights, so they’re getting what they bargained for.
I did not see any of them as real candidates.
So Romney was your last choice from a list of zero? Or were Pawlenty, Bachmann, and Cain more real?
(am I forgetting anyone?)
