She managed municipal credit risk at Goldman Sachs and rated healthcare bonds at Moody’s Investors Service. Carrie later researched for American Enterprise Institute scholar Edward Conard and served as Warren Brookes Journalism Fellow at Competitive Enterprise Institute.
