Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words is a follow-on book to the wildly successful documentary by the same name. Based on excerpts from the over 30 hours of groundbreaking, one-on-one interviews, this new book lets Justice Thomas explain his thinking on important issues and recount his inspiring life story, his rise from a childhood of poverty and prejudice in the segregated South to the highest court in the land.

Film producer and co-author Michael Pack, who interviewed Justice Thomas, and co-author Mark Paoletta, a lawyer in the George H.W. Bush White House Counsel’s Office who played a key role in the confirmation effort for Justice Thomas, will sit down with us for an intimate evening discussion about their highly anticipated book. We hope you can join us for this timeless account of faith, race, power, jurisprudence, and personal resilience.
