Is Hillary Trying to Lose?
I’m thinking it’s either that or she needs some new media advisors. Okay, it’s not that; she needs some new media advisors. Here are two video clips that demonstrate the problem. Her performance in them highlight some of her worst traits.
The first clip is a speech in front of what should be a friendly audience. She seems to think that her phony “union boss” act will resonate as productive rather than phony. This performance is reminiscent of the phoniness of Hilry talkin suthrn. The second clip is an attempt at replicating Obama’s success on “Between Two Ferns.” This was an unmitigated disaster. It was more or less a roast, and Hillary demonstrated her paucity of wit. Zach Galifianakis was actually pretty funny (There, I said it!). I’m pretty sure his outreach to millennials was far more successful than hers. Sweet revenge for Bernie fans, no doubt.

Is there any amount of debate preparation that can help her overcome her deficiency in engaging a national audience? Is it possible to either hide or enhance Hillary’s personality?

She basically needs to dead lift Trump to put the health issue to bed. The way she looked so tired there doesn’t help. It only reminds you of her health problems.
That Between Two Ferns interview was Hillar-ious.
“We should stay in touch. What’s the best way to reach you, e-mail?”
That was funny. About the only funny thing in the entire 5 mins.
I dunno, maybe I’m an easy mark. I thought the opening was clever, and some of the jabs at both Hillary and Trump were well-executed.
I had to watch that Between Two Ferns interview one minute at a time.
Kept having to pause it to cringe.
I’m on a pause now. And the intervals keep getting longer. Not sure that I can make it (pant).
In the words of Mrs. Clinton, “I really regret doing this.”
The union speech is bizarre and hard to watch. Is she trying to imitate Trump? If so, all I can say is Trump does Trump better than Clinton does. Watching Trump do it is like watching a cartoon character. She looks semi-demented.
Aww… c’mon. White power tie. Are you down with TPP? Yeah you know me. Every last homie.
Funny stuff.
How would you like to be the aide who booked her for this after she finished taping?
Just not my style of humor. I never even watched the Obama interview with this guy. I thought he was funny in the bachelor party movie with the baby, so I tried to watch one of his stand up specials and was only able to last about 5 minutes.
To each his own. I just a simple cave man, your modern comedy frightens and confuses me.
Still living.
Zach Galifianakis looks like @albertarthur let himself go.
Wow. Forget Trump steaks, she is Hillary toast.
Ha!
At this point I’ll be watching the Monday night debate for the same reason I watch NASCAR races – to see the carnage.
Could it be she was born without a personality, or had it surgically removed?
oh, my.
I just looked at those two links and couldn’t bring myself to click on either one of them.
I’ll take your word for it.
“50 Points Ahead” is the greatest Trump ad ever.
And Hillary’s going to pay for it.
Someone needs to add a subtitle commentary to that.
Or add an audio overlay of what Huma is saying to Hillary through the earpiece…
Gah! You made me click! I so loathe hearing her awful nagging voice!
You’re better for it, believe me.
Is is safe to puncture one’s own eardrums? Asking for a friend.
Behold the power of a rico member!
I was amazed how lifelike she looked. I almost thought she was human. With the upgrade, she could have a sense of humor. All we need is a few trillion more.
I think her constituents find they are inhabiting a different century from the one she inhabits.
The between two ferns was great if you not a Hillary fan.
She has no concept of how to own it and make it funny.
No wonder Obama cleaned her clock.
The union thing is summed up in one phrase:
It is the new speech writer. @austinmurrey
I can tell Austin’s work anywhere. It is amazing how well she delivers the speeches. It takes practice to hit all those emotional highs. I was moved.
That reminded me of this:
You might try increasing the resolution.
Some hacker will introduce a virus in the system and she will fall to her knees while trying to enter a van.
I am working with Samsung on the long lasting battery pack now. When I am done the idea of a virus in the system will be toast.
If I didn’t loathe Hillary so much, I would almost feel sorry for her. While Obama and Trump both suffer from narcissism that makes your run of the mill megalomaniac seem humble by comparison, Hillary’s personality disorder is much worse for a politician. She suffers from a paranoid persecution complex that seems to make it impossible for her even to consider the possibility that she bears any responsibility for any of her problems. They are all the result of a vast right wing conspiracy, by people who hate her for no reason other than that she is so good and they are so evil. (These people are, to coin a phrase, “deplorable.”)
Thus, her pathological devotion to hiding everything about herself behind a tsunami of secrecy and deception. Which she cannot bring herself to stop (or even recognize), despite the fact that it is so obviously hurting her. I don’t know what version we’re on as of her latest effort to reintroduce herself; Hillary 23.2? All I know is that the only Hillary we will never see is the “real” Hillary, assuming that there even is such a thing anymore.
