Presidential Approval Ratings

I was just reading this article stating that President Brandon’s approval ratings have sharply dropped since the SVB fiasco. The drop is from 45% to 38% from last month.

These results are curious to me; 7% of the sample group suddenly decided this POTUS went from good to bad? I must have a really poor grasp on what these numbers represent. A whole slew of Americans thought that he was doing fine and changed their minds over this?

The economy has been a mess since this buffoon moved into the White House, and now they notice? I guess I just don’t get it. I’ve never been asked if I approved of a POTUS’s performance in office; the questions and sampling methods must be interesting.

Another kind of poll is the crowd size at rallies.

    Trump rally:

    Biden rally:

Or YouTube views, likes, and dislikes.  It’s like a 100-to-1 difference.

Biden’s latest YouTube video on the White House channel has only 7,300 views and 232 likes.

In 2004 when George W. Bush beat John Kerry, many Democrats came up with the idea that there were voting machines in the crucial state of Ohio that were programmed to provide invalid votes for George W. Bush and this is why Bush beat Kerry in Ohio by about 100,000 votes.

    The Democrats were probably right.

Anyone here still believe Basement-Dwelling Biden got 81 million votes? More votes than any Presidential Candidate in history EVER?!

I think most of those 81 million voters were actually voting against Trump rather than for Biden.

Well, that would imply less than 40 million votes for Biden.  Which I would agree with.

Mustering the remaining 40-something million votes not-for-Biden-but-against-Trump is… well… quite the claim.  Can you back that up with anything?

‘Not discounting the effect.  I’d believe 10 million votes against Trump.  Which would bring Biden up to 50 million.  That makes some sense.  But I can’t see any more than that.

Polls are irrelevant. The non-existent voters whose ballots are dumped and counted at three in the morning after the polls close don’t pay attention to opinion polls.

If you can’t prove in a court of law that invalid ballots were counted at three in the morning, you are merely in Stacey Abrams territory.

    No. We’re not.

By the way, they OWN the court of law, all the lawyers, and the stenographer. And all the press that would ordinarily hold their feet to the fire. So it’s never going to be proved. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It did.

I’ll bet he got over 50 million votes.

Which is yet another sign that our republic cannot be salvaged…

    Easily dozens.

Again, the poll is meaningless without knowing why people think the way they do.  It’s possible leftists give Biden negative marks for going far enough to the left fast enough . . .

    So let’s break it down:

42% approve. Of those 31.6 points are kneejerk Democrats, of which 22.3 points are those who think Biden actually is a disaster but that expressing disapproval might let Adolph Trump win.

The remaining 11.4 expressing approval believe Biden did not go far enough to destroy energy use and production, economic growth, and free speech.  Of that 11.4. 8.5 have been diagnosed with mental illness and of the 8.5, 3.2 are currently in or recently released from custodial care and treatment.  The remaining allegedly undiagnosed 2.9  are tenured faculty, former Twitter censors, FBI secret police, urban terrorists, and MSM journalists all of whom want the names of poll respondents with expressed disapproval of Biden
