Biden Announces ‘Successful Counterterrorism Op’; Ayman Al-Zawahiri Killed

“Over the weekend, the United States conducted a counterterrorism operation against a significant Al Qaeda target in Afghanistan. The operation was successful and there were no civilian casualties,” a senior administration official said.
Early unconfirmed reports indicate the target killed was Al Qaeda leader and Bin Laden successor Ayman Al-Zawahiri.
The 71-year-old Al-Zawahiri began as an Egyptian terrorist and has lead Al-Qaeda since June 2011. He is thought to have orchestrated attacks in Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe. The U.S. State Department has offered a $25 million reward for information or intelligence leading to Ayman al-Zawahiri’s capture. There have been rumors of ill health (and even death) for the past few years.

They would if they were consistent with their values. They prefer fewer living Americans (abortion, population control, un-prosecuted Summer of 2020 killers . . .) — especially if those Americans happen to be police or military.
Hats off to Biden for approving this. And hats off to those who executed the mission: finding and terminating the terrorist. Biden is still a corrupt, incompetent disaster. But at least his administration has done this right.
And on a related note, while I despise Pelosi and consider a malign force in our nation, she did the right thing by including Taiwan in her itinerary, standing up to the Chinese and the Biden syndicate. She deserves credit and admiration for doing that. If nothing else.

I wonder if this is a sign of the coming split on the D side. Biden is owned by China. This could be a massive poke in the eye from Big Democrat (including the cabal who empowered and emplaced Biden) to the Biden clique themselves. Other indicators certainly point to Biden being maneuvered close to the edge in preparation for a mighty shove when needed. He and Harris hate each other, but she’s his best friend right now, because the cabal also hates Harris… but she’s next in line!

This is interesting Kremlinology. I agree Pelosi is about as close to the inner circle of the Ds as one can get, excepting maybe President “Light-Bringer”. I think there is a growing bi-partisan consensus against the PRC, the Biden Syndicate not-withstanding. Of course, Trump started that ball rolling.

In the long run it is very useful to kill each and everyone of them. Even if they’re gone relatively inactive in the interim. The message of ultimate retribution is paramount and does demoralize their followers. No one kill does it, but that we’re still finding and executing them 20+ years on, and across 4 administrations is helpful, it builds a useful warning for the future. Does it counter the enormous damage done by Biden’s grossly incompetent bug-out from Afghanistan? No. But anything that begins to counter that humiliating disaster is helpful. And it’s also justified vengeance.
