This weeks show is a little obtuse.

They talk about Joe Biden‘s promise to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court, and how this involves “representation”.  But Ilya Shapiro’s argument was that a very distinguished Asian American judge be appointed instead, to a court that has never had an Asian American member. The issue of Asian American representation never comes up.

Similarly, they argue that Whoopi Goldberg‘s two week suspension is too harsh. But how does that compare to the treatment of Gina Carano and Roseanne Barr, who were permanently suspended, that is, fired.
