Your not wanting to meet men who don’t already know someone else who you know reminds me of the two Englishmen who were marooned on a small island for five years. They never spoke to each other because there were not properly introduced.
From the first segment on the false “pay inequality” between men and women, one panelist mentioned that technology helps women in the work force. An example that struck me from just the other day was a woman delivered the bricks for the new house being built next door. By using the gas and hydraulic powered forklift that rode piggy-back on the truck to lift and move the pallets of bricks, she did not have to exert a lot of muscle, and so a 120 – 130 pound woman could move many tons of bricks.
