Late in catching up with this podcast but enjoyed it. I’m not that big a King Cake fan but everything else about Mardi Gras is great – including the day off as a state-wide holiday. Always enjoy the interviews with the various judges. They all sound quite dedicated and intelligent and give me hope for the US.
