It wasn’t that long ago when there were two per month.
Their comment about the capabilities of a woke military puzzles me. How long do you think it would be effective when ESG is the main focus? How effective will it be when you see deficits in requitement sign-ups? With a procurement process that is long and bureaucratic. When no one at the top-level falls on their swords for horrible mistakes (did pay for the Afghanistan withdrawl – the top brass counts this as a success).
An example of why people might question the woke military

What I do not understand in the old guard is they think the institutions are fine.
Not having listened yet, is the answer because they lost the recipe for ice? That was a staple in the high school joke rotation.
I could think of several podcast hosts that need to be given $250 and sent to the grocery store and told to buy food for a month.

On channel surfing. The most surprisingly good result I got was when I came across Goodfellas one night. I know you’re saying, “Why was Goodfellas a surprisingly good watch that night?” I started to watch, and something seemed off. Then I noticed that there was no cursing. I had stopped on the Lifetime Channel’s version, and it was one of the funniest things I ever watched. You can’t stop laughing when Joe Pesci blurts “fudge this” and “fricking that.”
Sounds like Europeans must suffer a lot of dehydration, if they don’t get much water to drink.
Hah, Jonah talking about great clubs reminds me of the old club guys in “On The Beach” who complain about how much great wine will go to waste once all the people are dead.
That Jonah… and Rob, and John…
They’ve got the problems of the average Joe!
The sweatpants line is one of my favorites. I’ve heard the same thing about bathrobes too.
Succession isn’t a drama? What is it, then? It’s not nearly funny enough to be a comedy.

With respect to John’s and Rob’s comments regarding Papa Hemingway: this was my caption to a post I added to my Facebook page a couple years ago:
“WCD (World’s Cutest Dog—natch) reading an IPAD with a guy who looks like Ernest Hemingway five minutes before his memorable demise.” mal
