Jon Miller, the White House correspondent for the new Blaze Media, joins us to discuss the new venture’s reach and goals, as well as what it’s like covering the Trump White House as a conservative reporter. Plus: Daily Signal and Heritage producer Thaleigha Rampersad joins us to explain why she doesn’t think “It’s a Wonderful Life” is a good Christmas movie.

We also cover these stories:

–Rep. Adam Schiff, a Democrat from California who is expected to be the next chair of the House Intelligence Committee, says  that he could see “jail time” in President Donald Trump’s future.
–Trump is brushing off claims that an alleged hush money payment made by his lawyer violated campaign finance laws.
–The Trump administration is taking action to promote scientific research that doesn’t come at the expense of unborn babies’ lives.

Haven’t listened yet, but this podcast better discuss how awfully the overly litigious kary catz has behaved, and how he basically ran CRTV into the ground from the get go, or I will not listen to another Daily Signal.

Michele Malkin has already been removed from the Blaze Network who was specifically mentioned here – with due process according to her contract I’m sure…

Wait. She thinks It’s a Wonderful Life is “a sad Christmas movie,” and complains that a character contemplates suicide – but her favorite Christmas film is White Christmas?

White Christmas starts with a war that killed millions of people, some of them through systematic genocide. One of the men returns from the war, only to find that his business is falling apart.

    How about other Christmas movies?

Miracle on 34th Street centers on the possible insanity and involuntary commitment of Santa Claus, and also involves alcohol abuse, divorce, and self-harm.

A Christmas Carol abounds with heavy themes, and its central figure is a horrible human being. And that’s before you even get to the part with the spooky Christmas Future, and his creepy, emaciated young friends.

Home Alone is about a child abandoned by his parents, and battling criminals who want to kill him. The boy defends himself by hurting and maiming the robbers.

A Christmas Story involves a boy who is bullied, and dreams of using a BB gun to protect himself and his family. His father has anger issues, and his friend is injured at school.

One could, indeed, go on. Christmas cinema is not for the faint-hearted.
