I think it is Noah who points out that Trump was adamant about getting rid of Obama care. That reveals the fatal flaw in Trump. He despised Obama for making fun of him at the WH correspondents dinner. His response was to ridicule everything Obama, which might be the thing that turned Blacks so much against him.
Working class republicans simply want to be heard and respected. Yes they do not know much about policy and can make for bad candidates who lose in the general election. Blame the mainstream candidates who do not speak and address what the working class are concerned about.
The way the republican main stream dismissed the plight of Jan 6 protesters was simply disgraceful. Every congressional republican should have pledged to pressure Biden to pardon all convicted in the Jan 6 witch hunt.
