    President Clinton had his “Sister Souljah” moment.  You recommend that President Biden do this with teacher unions.  The difference is that Clinton could get out of his comfort zone and not just play to his base.  Biden is not that nimble of mind anymore.

    And female rappers don’t contribute a lot of money to the Democrats. Clinton correctly calculated he could tick them off. Biden is just making the same calculation.
