Who Is Dominion Voting Systems?

Remember those unfortunate but clearly one off operator errors in Michigan that flipped thousands of votes to Biden while flipping whole down ticket races? They were using Dominion Voting Systems per the Washington Examiner’s report.

In a Washington Examiner report on a Fox News interview published today, new information was provided regarding Dominion Voting Systems:

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell accused a leading voting machine firm of stealing votes from President Trump.

Powell, the lead attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is helping Trump’s legal effort in the 2020 election, said on Sunday that people with links to top Democrats are using Dominion Voting Systems to commit “fraud” on elections. She did not present any evidence to support her claims.

Mentioned during a Fox News interview by host Maria Bartiromo were Nadeam Elshami, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff who last year became a lobbyist for Dominion, and Richard Blum, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s husband, who she said is a significant shareholder in the company.

“They have invested in it for their own reasons and are using it to commit this fraud to steal votes. I think they’ve even stolen them from other Democrats in their own party who should be outraged about this also,” Powell said.

The company, which has a lock on a third of the voting machine market according to Bloomberg, has faced scrutiny in the past couple of days with voting problems reported in parts of Michigan and Georgia, although the company and local officials have discounted the idea that the software was to blame.

Dominion has customers in 28 states and Puerto Rico, including all of the battleground states where Trump and his allies are contesting and pinning their hopes on recounts after media outlets called the presidential race for Biden.

Justice Roberts, this is coming straight at you at warp speed. Endorse this vile corruption and your place in the annals of traitors to the republic is assured for all time.

@namlitTnoDThanks for the free cognitive therapy. I feel better. Particularly after the Scott Adams tweet you posted.

You’re expecting something other than expediency from our Chief Justice?

I would be more expecting him to kowtow because he doesn’t want to be blamed for a Biden loss.

It seems that we have been reduced to governing by statistics, and it seems to be creating a depressing atmosphere.  Climate change, corona virus, and now the election.  And most people are pretty much not just dumbed down, but have short attention spans.

It isn’t the math so much, it seems, but the data collection and use. If the data is no good the charts cannot compensate. What happens with the data from the time the voter puts it in the scan until numbers are spit out at the AP desk is hidden, a mystery.

The best way to check any computer hardware is with a handcount of the ballots, it seems to me. It is the most direct voter to intent record. Hopefully there isn’t a lot of hanging chads out there. It would be nice if they were counted in the same order, matching tabulation dumps as the original.

We need to get tougher on voters and vote counters.  The idea people needed 3 days after Nov 3rd to vote is stupid and fraud tempting. The early voting was an accomodation of the covid concerns, which we can all see was pretty much a lie.

Right, mail in voting is required because corona virus, AND there can be massive gatherings in the street to celebrate said mail in voting.

my seven year old nephew can create a more convincing sequence of deception.

It is occasionally useful to remind high government functionaries of their duties under the Constitution and the expectations rightfully placed upon them and their conduct in office. That they may have fallen short, even woefully short,  on prior occasions is not the issue.

So, yes, I quite firmly and rightfully expect something other than mere expediency from the justices. All that is at stake is the relevance of the Court as a judicial institution and the Constitution as an instrument of republican governance. And, of course, the right of sovereign citizens to have their votes matter.

Then you have more faith in Roberts than I do. I hope you’re right.

From the National Pulse we learn that 96% of Dominion Voting Systems political donations went to Democrats.

One of my concerns is that this kind of information doesn’t make it to the levels where it might make the most difference.

I didn’t mean higher levels of Ricochet.  I meant like White House lawyers etc, the ones taking this stuff to court…
