Hawaii is doing its best to keep tourists away, thanks to a new law: https://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/hawaii-governor-signs-bill-making-hawaii-the-1st-state-to-ban-sunscreens-that-harm-coral-reefs/70005401 My question is, will former tourists who get skin cancer be able to sue?  No doubt trial lawyers will find a way . . .
