FBI Reviewing New Evidence in Hillary Email Scandal
Bad news for Hillary from the FBI:
Published in GeneralThe FBI on Friday dropped a bombshell on Hillary Clinton’s campaign less than two weeks before Election Day, announcing that it is reviewing new evidence in its investigation into her use of a private email server as secretary of state.
In a letter to several congressional committee chairmen, FBI Director James Comey wrote that, “In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to this investigation.”
Comey said he was briefed on those emails on Thursday and that he “agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”
He did not specify where the additional emails came from.
Comey wrote that the FBI does not yet know if the new material is “significant” and did not provide a timeframe for investigating.
Max is going to get you for this!
Mad, mad, Max.
But consider the subject – whenever Weiner’s around, bad puns are in Danger of erupting.
I think this is Bill Clinton’s way of avoiding the scrutiny that comes with being back in the White House.
There’s a simple possibility:
Huma had possession of the original email trove, decided to “hide” it somewhere just in case (for insurance? reference? who knows?), and the FBI stumbled on it while looking through the Weiner/Abedin computer systems and accounts. Sounds like she just hid the files on an unremarked Yahoo account or something.
You have to remember that the Democrats are bad at computer and email security. Astoundingly bad. Terrifyingly bad. “P@ssw0rd” bad. But here’s the important part: they think they’re clever, because they keep telling each other that they are.
It’s like a vampire that thinks he’s being smart by reversing his name and going by Alucard instead of Dracula.
The username was probably Amuh_Nideba@yahoo.com, fer Chrissakes.
Podesta has issued a statement. “FBI Director Comey should immediately provide the American public more information than is contained in the letter he sent to eight Republican committee chairmen.”
You know, John, this whole thing could have been cleared up months ago, if only someone hadn’t wiped that server.
I doubt this changes anything.
Time to dust off my prediction from every emergent Democrat scandal. Nothing. Bubkus. Zip. Nothing will come of this, see Fast and Furious, IRS, Clinton scandal 1…n.
They are never held to account. I’ll be shocked — and delighted — if they ever are.
And who would decide that? And who would enforce that decision?
