Salute the Flag and Respect the…Tacos?
Saw this on my way home yesterday, and I just had to pull over and take a pic. God bless eastern Washington.

“I want American food, dammit! I want French Fries!”
Just slightly ahead of the second oldest reason, “Here, hold my beer.”
A LaRoche post without a cheerleader picture? C’mon man, throw us a bone.
Kaepernick plays for San Francisco. I kinda doubt we want to see the sort of cheerleaders they have.
Gee @Mike, here I thought you lived in Texas. Maybe El Paso. After clicking like on so many of your posts you’d think I’d know.
I was at a suppliers party while back, they rented the Giants stadium and had the 49 cheerleaders there in uniform, not bad.
Something to whet y’alls appetite:
I did live in Texas until just recently. I moved up here in mid-July.
And as it happens, I did live in El Paso during the 1980s. Go Miners!
Mex-mex. You order your food in Spanish.

This stupid nincompoop was given every chance in life against all odds. He started out with not much hope as the product of an unwanted teen pregnancy. He was given up for adoption and raised in a good environment. Not only that, but he makes it into the NFL. He was given every opportunity to succeed in life. And instead of being grateful to this country that has been so good to him, he chooses to act like this. And now apparently he’s being dropped from the team (because he’s not that good – you’d think that woulda made him try harder and keep his head down). I have zero sympathy for this little moron. He blew it.
One of my favorite all time films.
Ha!
Julie Borowski made a great anti-Kaepernick video that addresses the Castro shirt.
One of my children graduated from WSU, so I went over that way fairly often during the four years she was there. You can find some great Mexican food as there is a big Mexican population of farmworkers. There’s a little town, I think it’s called Royal, where I always used to pull over for some fabulous homemade tamales. BTW, in election after election, the conservative folks in the eastern part of our state vote Republican. We only lose national elections when the returns come in from Seattle!
Yes, eastern Washington is nearly as conservative as west Texas. It’s a shame all the crazy leftists in and around Seattle tilt the state Democratic.
Also, downstate Illinois and central Illinois are very conservative parts of the state. Chicago and the Loop drown us out.
The perfect meal: two shredded beef tacos, a green corn tamale and a chile relleno accompanied by fresh salsa made with lots of cilantro, tomatoes, garlic and jalapenos!
I’ve never cared for cilantro. Because of the way it tastes to me, I always thought it was just a fad. But I won’t eat the stuff.
That was a great video.
