Why Is the DOJ Suddenly Pretending to Care About Biden’s Corruption?

One way for a President to avoid impeachment is to serve the American citizenry, and do his best to promote freedom and prosperity.  Democrat Presidents can’t do that, obviously – they know that their leftist policies are destructive, and supported by only a small minority of voters.  So they instead hope to avoid impeachment by selecting Vice Presidents who are even less appealing and more incompetent than they are.  Clinton had Gore.  Obama had Biden.  Biden has Harris.  (Fun thought exercise:  Who would President Kamala Harris select as Vice President?  The mind boggles…)

Anyway, there appears to be a growing contingent of Democrats who would prefer President Biden not run for re-election.  I personally just cannot imagine why.  He has been incredibly successful, and has given the left everything they possibly could have hoped for.  But for whatever reason, it seems that many Democrats want him to step aside.  Which he won’t, obviously.  Plus, there is the matter of Vice President Harris to deal with – she would not necessarily be an improvement for them.

My conspiratorial mind wonders if the Justice Department making noises about possibly indicting Hunter Biden is an effort of the power structure of the Democrat party (by which I mean the FBI, the Justice Dept, the news media, social media, etc.) to encourage President Biden to spend more time with his family.  Because despite Andy McCarthy’s predictions, it’s hard to imagine that court case not involving President Biden.  As I and many, many others have written over and over again, NOBODY HAS EVER BRIBED HUNTER BIDEN.  If any of Hunter’s misdeeds ever see a courtroom, surely that court case would involve the big guy at some point.  Surely.  Or, perhaps, Mr. McCarthy is right, and they can make this disappear like fairy dust somehow.  But geez.  I just don’t see how they can avoid mentioning why America’s enemies were paying Hunter Biden millions of dollars.

Again, I’m not sure I understand why Democrats seem to be so eager to dump the most successful Democrat President in decades.  But for whatever reason, his polling is remarkably low, even among Democrat voters.  Many in the Democrat party are wondering how they can replace him.

This is a good conspiracy theory, but it’s probably wrong.  Again, President Biden has been a remarkably successful President.  And a court case exploring his corruption doesn’t help Democrats at all, as far as I can see.  It won’t affect the votes of their devoted base, but it might not help their case with independents.

The impact of this story on independent voters is an important point.  Presuming that we still have elections in which we count the votes of actual voters.  If we don’t, then how voters feel about anything obviously becomes less problematic for Democrats.  Much simpler.

On the other hand, there’s a lot going on that we don’t know about.  Perhaps someone at Justice or the FBI has decided, for whatever reason, that President Biden just cannot remain in the Oval Office for the next six years.  Again, we have no way of knowing what’s going on behind the scenes.

But this just can’t be a coincidence.  Joe Biden has been obviously, openly, and thoroughly corrupt for decades.  Why is The Justice Department pretending to be interested now, all of a sudden?  Surely there is a reason for this shift.  I wonder what that reason might be?

Hard to say.  What do you think?

Where have they shown interest? I haven’t seen any movement. Haven’t seen Biden’s brother or son get raided. Haven’t seen any subpoenas.

They will only slap Hunter’s wrist to avoid accusations of bias when they indict Trump under false pretenses. No way they go after President Biden and have the image of a corrupt Democrat dangling out there for Republican talking points.

Another possibility is the leaks came from a good guy tired of the DOJ corruption.

Wow – imagine that primary campaign.  I would love to see a televised debate between Joe Biden and John Fetterman.  I would tune in to watch that.  Golly.

The timing is interesting. Nothing for two years, then suddenly, “Hey, these Biden family dealings over the last forty years may have been corrupt.”

Maybe it’s because, under the Constitution, if Puddingbrain McGropechildren leaves in the first two years of his term, VP Gaffy McDeepthroat only gets the remainder of his term and one re-election.  If he leaves after January 20, 2023, she gets the remainder of his first term AND two more terms.

If it’s true that Mr. Zelensky has dirt on Biden, and is blackmailing him – if that’s true, then chalk that up as reason number 7,645,928 that Trump would have been better than Biden.

    I hope that’s not true.  My God…

Joe and Hunter were playing very dangerous games. You know the Chinese have all kinds of dirt etc. on them. Hunter got 2 or 3 million from a Russian oligarch.

Think about Hillary Clinton’s server. The Clinton global initiative got huge money from the Russians and Bill got huge money for speech is right before we gave them our uranium production and some other scandalous trade.

… but yeah Trump is a danger to the republic.

Jonathan Turley was on Fox News this morning. He was saying that if you were going to charge Manafort with FARA violations, you have to charge Hunter with them. The problem is this would be incredibly scandalous to the Biden family because of the investigation. They are going to charge him minimally and get it over with. Joe might issue a pardon.

So that they can also go after Trump and his family. They’ll proudly and boldly say that this makes them impartial.

I read that Raheem J. Kassam tweet yesterday – makes perfect sense to me. Joe has already laundered billions in Ukraine. Zelle sky is a degenerate – I would love to see the connection of Epstein’s client list to the Ukraine mess – probably a lot of the trafficked girls came from Ukraine.

The supposition that “Democrat powerbrokers” are using the FBI to tarnish President Biden in preparation for removing him from running for a second term is, I think, more likely than the option that there are “good guys” in the FBI wanting to get this Hunter Biden story in the public view. The problem is that these powerbrokers would most likely have waited until after the midterm elections. I heard the other day a quote from Hunter’s defense attorney claiming that whoever in the DOJ or FBI that is leaking these indictment rumors is breaking the law and should be arrested. I had a good chuckle when I heard that.

Why would Joe need to issue a pardon for Hunter? It would be tried in DC with a jury pool of brain-dead Democrats working for the government with the mindset of Anne Appelbaum. They would be upset at the government for ever bringing charges over something so insignificant.

I figure any intelligence service that can download PuTTY or Tera Term has the entire take from Hillary’s “secret” server, for a start. The last I heard, Hunter has lost two laptops, and we have Tony Bobulinski backing up the bona fides of the one we’ve seen. Eric Swalwell’s relationship with a Chinese spy, Diane Feinstein employing another as her driver for twenty years …

Note to the Dems: “transparency in government” is not supposed to mean that Xi Jinping has copies of your porn stash.

Hypothesis: They’re investigating Hunter in preparation for the President’s post-midterms defenestration via the 25th amendment.  The smell of impeachment gives them an argument for selling the necessity of defenestration to Democrats, while the 25th amendment gives them a way to defenestrate without the unpleasantness of impeachment.

In other words, without the sword of Damocles hanging over their heads a lot of “principled” Democrats might not consent to getting rid of Biden.

Hunter will do little or no time but will plead guilty to something.

The point of this is divert attention from the activities of the Big Guy, mostly with regard to China.  Hunter is taking one for the team, but it won’t be much of one.

I don’t think they would dirty him up in public. Rather, they would tell Jill the game is up and to pack grandpa up or else. She can be extorted, too, for the deception.

Why is no one stating the obvious? Zelensky has regime-ending dirt on Biden and other Western leaders who have used Ukraine as their corruption playground for decades. That’s why they projected that onto Trump during Impeachment #1. He’s blackmailing us into nuclear war.

There was enough on Trump to have sunk five regular Republicans – heck, any five politicians of any stripe.
