Taliban Saves 104,000 lives?

Biden’s press secretary, Jen Psaki, said that, “because of coordination with the Taliban, we’ve been able to evacuate more than 104,000 people — save 104,000 lives.” The question is, who were they saved from?

When I was in eighth grade a bunch of my friends went to a classmate’s house that had an indoor pool. Swimming in the winter was a lot of fun. One of my friends stayed in the shallow end and when asked explained that couldn’t swim. I thought that was nonsense, so I threw him in the deep end. Guess what? He really couldn’t swim. I had to dive in and pull him out. I would not be lying if I said I saved his life. Of course, were it not for my actions, his life would not have been in danger in the first place.

So, Biden and the Taliban teamed up to “save 104,000 lives.” Sound impressive but . . .

This is the same as Obama’s “jobs created or saved”.  That “laser focus” on jobs was his death-ray, vaporizing whole swaths of the economy.

And it’s the government modus operandi anyway, wherein a dollar is removed in taxes and thirty cents are returned by a seventy-cent employee.  You’re Welcome!

And it seems only about 5000 of those are Americans. And it appears that more than half of the Afghans have no SIV application. How humane of the Taliban to get so many “everyday” Afghans a lift to the U.S. – am sure they are all American-loving and disease free!

I am afraid we will never know just how many Americans this bunch will leave behind !

Biden’s affection for the Taliban reminds me of Clinton’s affection for Arafat and the Palestinian Liberation Army (PLO).

Thanks. And even though we are still friends all these decades later, my friend still hasn’t thanked me for saving him.

Okay but did he ever learn to swim?

Yeah, as unemployment numbers went up they just claimed that it would have been worse. And now we have governors pretending that their lockdowns and mask mandates saved millions of lives.

And Obama’s affection for Iran and Shia Islam.  Sorry, I meant “the religion of peace”.

I had a friend who said this about another friend’s driving ability, “Garth is able to handle a dangerous driving situation better than anyone I know. Problem is, Garth is more likely to put himself in a dangerous driving situation than anyone I know.”

Like that, except without any confidence in Biden in a dangerous situation.

If this was a Biden the bully story, he would have pushed 10 nonswimmers with cement overshoes into the deep end. As the life guard he would have rescued only one.  Of course, as a reward, he’d expect all of us to stroke the down soft hairs on his legs.

I watched some of the question and answer segment today by a few press and those in charge. One journalist flat out asked is it true that everyone, the military commanders, and all those in charge told the president to not pull out the remaining troops that were supposed to stay, and not do it in the haphazard way he did it, and he did it anyway, and the answer was we don’t say what was right or wrong, left or right, up or down what is discussed with the president.   It’s not a confidence boosting answer.

I saw someone on Twitter say, in response to Psaki bragging about the airlift, that you don’t get to sink the ship and then brag about the lifeboats.

I hope it’s beginning to dawn on folks that unless we find a way to separate decently run states, and pieces of states from the corrupt democrat evolving dictatorship, that there is no future.  Folks think we’ll win the next two elections but it’s  not going to happen.  Still we shouldn’t move toward separation until it happens, but have to be organized and aware of that choice prior to the elections.  Just being ready, might help cause democrats to be a little less blatant in their fraud.  I should add, were it not for the Chinese we could fix matters in two or three election cycles as the economy and world in general will deteriorate enough to overcome the fraud, but the Chinese make that evolution impossible and they know it.
