Worst. President. Ever.
In the aftermath of this weekend’s tragic events, it’s important we don’t become divided and begin to hate one another. So I propose we all stand together as one and hate Barack Obama.

Oh, I agree on Obama as Worst President Ever. I think he’ll have serious competition from our next President to keep that hard-earned title.
You podcasts always have an new insight for me. Andrew, you just keep getting better and better. Thanks.
Why? Why? Cui Cui Cui Bono?
Sorry. A little emotional.
The abstract for the paper by Roland G. Fryer that Klavan cites: “This paper explores racial differences in police use of force. On non-lethal uses of force, blacks and Hispanics are more than fifty percent more likely to experience some form of force in interactions with police. Adding controls that account for important context and civilian behavior reduces, but cannot fully explain, these disparities. On the most extreme use of force – officer-involved shootings – we find no racial differences in either the raw data or when contextual factors are taken into account. We argue that the patterns in the data are consistent with a model in which police officers are utility maximizers, a fraction of which have a preference for discrimination, who incur relatively high expected costs of officer-involved shootings.”
I think that police Chief Brown isn’t black in the same way the Milo Yiannopoulos isn’t gay.
@katebraestrup, Thanks for the link. In it I found this “we find, in the raw data, that blacks are 23.8 percent less likely to be shot at by police relative to whites. Hispanics are 8.5 percent less likely.”
Dear Andrew,
I respect you and what you do, but in the first quarter of your commentary you are chuckling at some pretty grim stuff. I know this subject is difficult and sometimes chuckling is a response to the seriousness of the subject matter instead of crying; but as a commentator please keep in mind how this can be misconstrued.
Respectfully,
