Didn’t listen to the whole thing. Again I thought it was too weighted to polling. Here’s an idea – how about a podcast going over what happened on caucus night instead of speculating about what might happen. Also did anyone else thing that the Iowa professor sounded like Elizabeth Warren? Do all female professors sound alike? Anyway, lets have a good review of what happened rather than all this looking ahead which then necessitates depending on polling.

We will definitely do an IA wrap-up show. NH too.

The Iowa Caucus hasn’t happened yet.

Have they fixed their polling since last cycle? How do they know they’ve fixed it?

Henry, the woman you interviewed, I believe I later caught her name as Donna, sounded like she was on the brink of losing her voice. That was painful to listen to as you kept asking more questions, necessitating her speaking more.

Exactly. Why is there a show about the Iowa Caucus when it hasn’t happened yet?. Let’s do a podcast once its occurred (which evidently will happen). I have a general idea on how the caucus works so don’t really need info on that. I just get tired of podcast speculating about what’s going to happen and then we never get a good overview of what did happen because the next thing is happening that we’re having to speculate about. Does that make sense? So much of ‘news’ seems to be set up this way these days.

Ok and didn’t she sound like Elizabeth Warren? I thought her voice might just be raspy with all the cold air up there in Iowa.

I wasn’t able to get to it last week and it bubbled to the top today. Made it fun as a historical episode. On Saturday we’ll have the final newspaper poll–nope! All the talk about how the results will play out–still don’t have them. Iowa was crazy.
