Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. In addition, the Ricochet Audio Network offers over 50 original podcasts with new episodes released every day.
This week, Troy Senik sits in for Peter Robinson as we bat around the big wrap up of last weekend, and SOTU…yawn. First up, The New York Time’s Ross Douthat talks conservative reform and more imperfect unions. Then, Washington Free Beacon’s Matt Continetti drops in for a fascinating chat about on Love In The Time of Obama. Also, does it matter that Hillary hasn’t driven a car in 18 years? Rob and James debate it so you don’t have to.
Music from this week’s episode:
If I Had A Hammer by Sam Cooke
The Ricochet Podcast opening theme was composed and produced by James Lileks.

Ha! Yes, I noticed that too, so jarring, especially coming from Lileks. Sorry Lileks. I imagine that’s how it would sound if Katherine Hepburn were to say Key Largo. ·55 minutes ago
Lisa thanks for your comment. I thought that there was a rule at Ricochet that no one was allowed to comment on my posts or comments!
Just over at The Bleat, watching the Delta video. And there was Peter. I had forgotten the reference until there he was. This cannot be denied.
Answer to James’ last question: I makes a difference that someone who wants to be Commander in Chief has a history of abandoning our people to their deaths.
Missed this pod, for some reason – but I heard a collective moaning and gasping about Bernie Sanders near the end. Hey, listen – I live in Vermont. I’ve had to put up with this complete and utter fool for decades now.
He’s ripe for mockery, though. Just about everything he says is wrong, stupid, and pandering.
