Well, I gotta say, I care A LOT more about preserving or restoring freedom than I do about preserving order. Things are pretty orderly in 1984 and Brave New World… or were for that matter in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.

I was not one of those “AP has called it, the election is over” people. I didn’t mind Trump team challenging the irregularities they saw in court. For me the time to acknowledge the result and concede if needed was when the certified results pushed someone over the top in the electoral college.

From what I can see, that’s happened.

My brother was still clinging to Sidney Powell’s “kraken” last I talked to him – and he HATED Trump in 2016 – but for me, it’s a fizzle. Even if it pans out, she screwed up by promising the moon too soon, alienating the people who put hope in it. Had she gotten everything in order and submitted a slam dunk fully formed like Athena from the forehead of Zeus? That would have been a Kraken. For now, it’s vaporware.

Trump’s post-election efforts have been unimpressive, in court and on camera. I’m ready to say he should concede. If there’s vindication to be had, unfortunately it’s likely to be post-presidency, because whatever Powell is likely to come up with isn’t going to happen soon.

Very negative people. Media called Gore President for 37 days Lots of law suits thrown out in 2000 until it reached supreme court. This is far from over. The legal team and those fighting fraud including thousands upon thousands of peaceful Trump protestors are working hard everyday. Sure it is uphill, because we conservatives have let it come this far. We have let them master the art of fraud. Ridiculous that conservatives accept the fact that we always have to factor 5 percent fraud in ordinary elections. Please remember that the lawyers do not owe anyone anything. Their only job is to build convincing cases and win them in court. I hear so many republicans whine and accept defeat. Maybe so in other years, but something is different in this election. We are not even talking about Trump anymore. We are talking about fair and legal election. If we look away once again, we do not deserve a Republic.

Those who do not believe the election was stolen are simply ignorant of the mountain of evidence which exists. You can find it if you want to. Just because an Obama federal judge has thrown out a case means nothing. If the Republicans hold the Senate I just hope they can investigate Dominion and expose what was done elsewhere but I have little confidence in that. That would destroy the Democrat party.

I guess Commentary isn’t upset about America becoming a one party, banana republic.
