Let us hope the language on the ballot is clearly written – not as many of the propositions are here in CA. Many times a ‘yes’ vote will actually be a vote against the proposition. And then there are the Powers That Be who have negated the people’s vote in CA courts. I dare say this is a real possibility vis-a-vis the Brussels gang if the vote is in favor of Brexit. They will move heaven and earth to ensure the Brits remain roped into their Kafkaesque bureauracracy. They have overturned a country’s vote on a particular issue in the past. I don’t think they’ll roll over and do nothing if Britain chooses to leave.
