The only person who might be surprised by any of this is Biden, if he were aware enough to be surprised by anything.
Nobody should be surprised by Bin Laden-denial. I’ve heard people claim that Bin Laden didn’t do the 9/11 attacks because he was so powerful that if he HAD attacked the US there would be nothing left but smoking ruins. Therefore it wasn’t him. QED.
It might be time to revise another old saying: You may not be interested in Afghanistan, but Afghanistan is still interested in you.
Or: “It must have been Mossad. We Arabs aren’t that well organized!”
The odd part is, the deniers continue to deny it even after Osama bin Laden took proud responsibility.
