Great pod, James. Not sure about enjoying a flight, other than the “in the air” part. The logistics, the shuttles, the parking, the chutes and ladders – that part is a grind.
I have it from reliable sources that although you were visiting England, they don’t actually speak English there. And they still drive on the wrong side of the road, which I believe is because they’re still a bit pissed about Yorktown.

Wings of Gold. … Oh crap! How dumb this intelligent artwork is sometimes!
It was an evocative listen, though, and I found myself reflecting upon many flights, from my first (They let me in the cockpit and I still have that big cardboard “Unaccompanied Child” medallion) to my most recent (making landfall while punching through dramatically gorgeous clouds in sunset colors), and the adventures and discoveries attached to them.
