After the revelations about Hillary Clinton’s primary fix (take that, Bernie Sanders!), and the made-up Trump “dossier”, it’s time to ask the question—should the Democrat National Committee (and God knows how many state Democrat organizations) be subjected to the RICO statute? I think so, and here’s why:
We have to save this country, and the Democrat party has done everything in its power to destroy the underpinnings of our freedoms. Extreme situations call for extreme measures, and the Democrats are the biggest threat (IMHO) to this nation. Rest assured, I’m one heartbeat away from wanting all Dems tried for treason, but that’s a little tougher to prove.
Take away the Dems money. RICO allows seizure of assets, so let’s go after prominent liberal donors. Seize their assets, pending trial. Cut them off at the knees before they harm us any further.
Now, I know what most of you are probably thinking—what if they do this to us? Well, guess what? I think they already have such a plan in the works, and if they can regain even one toehold of power (the House, the Senate), who knows what they’ll do?
No, I say we slay the beast while it’s down. We may never get another chance, the Never-Trumpers and Weak-Kneed Republicans notwithstanding. Let the more liberal wing of the Republican Party rise up, form a new party, and replace the current flock of Democrats.
Is this a rant? Of course it is! What fun is Ricochet if we can’t be provocative now and then . . .

So not about @rico ?
There are a lot of obstacles to this as you probably know, but obstruction of justice is one of the “predicate” felonies that can lead to a RICO prosecution. So dream away.
No! the ends do not justify the means. Using RICO or any investigative force to punish political opponents leads to some very bad places. Does this mean they get a free pass on possible crimes? No. Law enforcement should investigate allegations of crimes, and not targeted persons or organizations.
What? Not about me?
Okay. Why don’t we just allow the DNC to continue their implosion. Between the disgraced Debbie Downer and the current communist creature leading the DNC, they’ve been doing a magnificent job of discrediting their crime syndicate all by themselves.
The DNC is practically broke, the prominent liberal donors are bypassing them anyway, and their constant squabbling and bloody-nosed disarray post-Hillary is fostering the radicalization of the Democrat party.
The public reaction to the SOTU speech suggests that “independent”Americans are open to more conservative policies. The absurdity of Democrat policy positions is our friend. Let’s not cut off their mic.
