This week, host Troy Senik drives the bus while Epstein and Yoo answer listener questions, discuss same sex marriage and a possibly biased judge, an oxymoronic Nevada ethics law, the FBI's expansion of preliminary investigations, and SCOTUS justices behaving like pundits. Hey, that's our job!

You know the drill: you must be a Ricochet member to listen to or subscribe to Law Talk. Join today

However, as thanks to the many listeners who called in with questions, here's a bonus question the professors graciously agreed to answer pro bono.

I haven't listened to this yet (I'm doing a deposition right now...), but, apparently, it's me! Thanks for making my day. Pro Tip: Law is a lot more interesting when you aren't practicing it as a job; well, at least that's my feeling.  What I'm trying to get at is that the Ricochet law podcasts are really interesting; it's the first time I remember actually enjoying discussions of the law (save, perhaps, Hugh Hewitt's radio shows discussions of such) since the first few weeks of law school.  I guess that's too bad.

I would hope the financial disincentives would prevail, but still seems like a San Francisco-based corporation could be enticed to, at the right time, turn off a major, arguably the major tool for the Tea Party, conservatives, and synergies amongst conservative bloggers.

(OK, maybe Twitter isn't that SF in its outlook?)
