When you read the press on Kamala Harris, they laud how smart, accomplished and right she is for the Democrat nomination. None of that is true, of course, but they hope that people who are desperate to get a Democrat in the White House and hate Donald Trump will take these false characterizations seriously.
The problem is that Kamala has next to nothing going for her, in terms of actual accomplishments. I don’t think being female and black counts. But she has failed or performed badly at almost anything she’s done: campaign speeches, prosecutor in California, Senator, border tsar, abortion champion—nothing stands out that she can celebrate. And then she has the burden of the Biden administration to carry. So there will be only one thing she can do to promote her candidacy, and we should expect to hear it over and over and over again.
She will bash Trump.
You know, the convicted felon, the thief, the liar, the danger to democracy. And my hope is that when the public realizes how empty her basket is, how hollow her claims are about all her “accomplishments,” people will get wise to her.
And let’s hope that the Republicans are smart enough to pile on, too.
One can only hope.

With almost all the jornalists and pundits and media supporting and covering for her, I fear her flaws will just be hidden. Worked with Biden.

What matters is not her record because the past is merely the tomorrows that were imagined before they became yesterday in the passage of time. Like us, she is what we will become, together, unburdened by what went before.

Good grief, OB, you two must be related!

My hope is that the Republicans will highlight her many flaws. And the media will essentially have nothing specific to brag about.

My daughter tells me the Bernie Bros are all K-Hive now. She is hard left (even for a French Canadian) and the Left is very excited.
