Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.
They say a presidential candidate's first major decision in their VP pick. Kamala Harris' first decision, choosing Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, could be seen as caving to her party's embrace of anti-Semitism.
Says Jim Geraghty of National Review, "I can't believe she picked Walz over (Pennsylvania Gov. Josh) Shapiro. What a cowardly pick. The pro-Hamas crowd got a veto. This is the best piece of news for the Trump campaign in the past three weeks."
Walz will not only highlight his response to George Floyd riots, it will highlight Harris' role in raising bail money for the rioters.

I moved 1,100 miles to get away from this guy, and now he's possibly going to be our next vice-president. At least he won't have to change any of his views to fit in with what national Democrats want. I don't remember any issue where he wasn't a bone-stock Democrat, from Covid lockdowns to green energy.

Supposedly when he was in Congress, he was the seventh most bipartisan congressman. Democrat in a Republican district. When he got the governorship, he went way hard left.

He just spews out whatever it takes to get power.
I think it was he and five other guys that decided all the laws during COVID-19. They went absolutely crazy. One of the laws was, if you didn't follow all of the rules in your business, they were going to throw non-owning middle management in jail, and they had huge, enormous fines.
I hate public health. We are going to run into a situation where we really need those guys and you have to be an idiot to believe in that stuff, now.

It's odd that Biden announced that he was going to have a women as his running mate and then added non-white. Harris seemed to only choose between white men, after Whitmer said she didn't want the job.
I don't know how much sway a vice president candidate has on voters' decisions, especially for picking up the state the candidate is from. Campaign managers seem to think it does, so it's a bit strange that she chose someone from a state that hasn't voted Republican in 50 years over someone from a battleground state. The Hamas wing of the Party is strong and/or the machine isn't worried and is secure in the rigging this go around.

I am not expecting President Trump to “save America” (our structural problems are deep and our system is designed for slow change), but Harris has put together the “No Hope” team.
