Congresswoman Calls for Invoking the 25th Amendment on Trump

Expulsion of a member of Congress is contingent on disorderly behavior, not on whether they are cognitively impaired, psychotic, delusional, have called for civic unrest or have encouraged hostility against members of the administration. Still, it may be reasonable to ask about a member of Congress's cognition if they come to the conclusion that the current Vice-President and members of the Trump cabinet are as troubled by President Trump's behavior as the member of Congress believes they ought to be, and should invoke the 25th Amendment because the current President is attempting to terminate a DEI hire at the Federal Reserve who has been accused of - and to date hasn't refuted - that she engaged in mortgage fraud.

Unlike the 25th Amendment which allows for the removal of a president for impairment, an inability to carry on the duties of the office - as might be evident if the president repeatedly loses his train of thought; looks for dead people in the audience; is confused about where to stand; how to leave a stage; often confuses the names of other international leaders; claims to have had conversations with people that he has not; claims to have held jobs in various fields that he has not; is not aware that subordinates have usurped his presidential powers without his knowledge - similar safeguards do not at present exist for members of Congress who are mentally challenged; are often confused; have to be told by staffers when to vote, how to vote, and what they are actually voting for or against; drooling in Congressional hearings; falling down numerous times; have issues with incontinence; or forget where they are at any given time.

From FoxNews:

Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., called for the 25th Amendment to the Constitution to be used against President Donald Trump on Friday, suggesting he was unfit, during a discussion about his removal of Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors.

Maxine Waters is the current poster child for congressional term limits...others before her died in office. Cognitive impairment tests should be mandatory for members of Congress. Just saying.

I'm not confident Rep. Waters would have passed a cognitive test in her first term.

Or... someone could run against her.

Apparently she has never seen a cabinet meeting. Can't really see JD or that group invoking the 25th.

There seems to be a real effort to get rid of him. Constant stories about his health issues, that he is turning on people he hand-picked, having memory problems, etc. In the recent videos I've seen, he does look terrible, but I just assumed he is pushing himself too hard.
