Does this Aura Make Me Look Fat?

"Does this aura make me look fat?" My wife asked studying the tape As if I'd dare to answer that.

"Flowing purple, red, and green, flat- tenned like some squashed and shattered grape. Does this aura make me look fat?"

I looked at her as there I sat In utter silence. Did she jape? As if I'd dare to answer that?

"Or do they look like wings from bats To be so broad and change my shape? Does this aura make me look fat?"

I did not see the difference that She claimed to see and truly hate. I'd be quite mad to answer that.

"Don't sit there like some Sphinx-like cat! Open your mouth, you still-gobbed ape. Does this aura make me look fat?" Would I dare to answer that?

I blame my wife for this one. There is (or was) a singer by the name of Mark Graham who had a song called something like, "I've Seen Your Aura, and It's Ugly." That song came up in conversation tonight, and she countered it with the title of this, which she said could be a good poem title, especially for a bit of doggerel of the day.

The best part, though, was she tried searching for that as a title in case anyone else had already gone there. She found no direct matches, but the AI associated with her search engine (probably Goggle, or whatever that popular one is called) tried to come up with a response anyway, and it was hilarious. Also hilariously wrong.

Our memories drag us to Jaggo Baggo, the unfortunate husband from the Gamma Quadrant who, in a drunken stupor, answered that question. There is a dedicatory placard on the rim of the resulting crater.

And no man has answered since.
