We are finally starting to see some serious reassessments of the Derek Chauvin case and the whole moral panic over George Floyd.

Eric Florack over at PJ Media has the details (link below). The TLDR is:

  1. There was rampant witness intimidation.
  2. The medical examiners were threatened with career cancellation if they came to "incorrect" conclusions about Floyd's death.
  3. The truth is that Floyd was not killed by the arresting officers. He, clearly and plainly, died of pre-existing coronary disease combined with smoking and massive drug consumption (including methamphetamines and fentanyl).
  4. Chauvin did, in fact, follow police protocols and the Minneapolis Police Department blatantly lied in denying that.
  5. The prosecution of Chauvin and the other officers was plainly politically motivated and not supported by the evidence.

Here's the link to Florack's article: https://pjmedia.com/eric-florack/2025/11/23/it-is-time-for-the-derek-chavin-conviction-to-be-overturned-n4946310

We can also conclude that the entire "Summer of Love" was a fabricated moral panic and that Antifa and BLM were wholly bought and paid for goon squads committing violence against the American people based entirely on a lie.

"The Derek Chauvin case just took a seismic turn. A 71-page post-conviction filing reveals false testimony, withheld evidence, and expert manipulation that the jury never saw. What’s in this document is stunning."

This was such an obvious railroading at the time, it became one of the most important indications that the US had become completely unmoored from any concept of justice and morality. I am edified to see that Derek Chauvin is finally being vindicated.

I see it as being part of Anarcho Tyrany; any attempt by citizens, or even police to stop crime (especially when commited by a preferred group) is punished. It is a method of tyranny by not enforcing, or selectively ebforcing the law.

Americans need to push back against this and hard.

Chauvin should be pardoned, and the prosecutors at least investigated for abuse by the DOJ. I'd also look into the doctor who changed the cause of death on the autopsy report . . .

There is much evidence that Chauvin restrained Floyd the way he'd been trained. This was covered up at the trial.

The pathologist stated that she had reached a conclusion on cause of death without screening for drugs.

There is video of Floyd hiding drugs in his mouth during a previous arrest.

    The whole thing stinks.
