Let the donnybrook begin. Things to note before we get started:

NATO countries have been refusing to allow American military aircraft to land and, in some cases, to fly over their countries despite the fact that America maintains bases, equipment, and has thousands of servicemen and women in several NATO countries.

The United States and Israel have essentially destroyed Iran's long-range ballistic missile capability - missiles that could have been fitted with nuclear warheads at some point in the very near future (Iran claimed to have enough enriched uranium for eleven nuclear bombs/warheads), and as the attempted missile attack on Diego Garcia showed, that could reach several European capitals. Did anyone hear "Thank you" from any NATO alliance member for removing this threat?

Here is Marco Rubio discussing the current situation with our NATO allies:

Now, feel free to have at it and make your case on whether America should stay or leave the alliance.

We appear to have entered the FO phase of FAFO. Frankly, if all NATO is prepared to be good for is to present us with geographical puzzles to be solved before we do what needs doing, who needs ‘em?

The U.S. should remain in NATO. We should put Spain, France, and the U.K. on probation. If anybody gets kicked out, it shouldn't be us.

Who's in charge? I bet if it comes to a contest, the euroweenies will tuck their tails and pay 5%.

I don't believe in allies. I believe in countries that have similar interests at a certain point in time.

Next time, they may have different interests. And that's ok.

If Europe is uninterested in being friends with America right now, I say we honor their request. I suspect they may call, at some point in the future, on the off chance that the inevitable were to occur. And if we have similar interests at that time, then * presto! * - we're allies!

Until next time. And that's ok.

The next Muslim country with a nuclear weapon is likely to be France.

NATO was, at best, a temporary Band-Aid. It's time had probably passed by the 1980's. Once Europe finally succeeds in destroying itself, then we will have very little interest in being friends with them. And the feeling will be mutual. Already is, as a matter of fact.

    And that's ok.

Well, that's too bad. But that's the situation we find ourselves in.

ONCE UPON A TIME... there were parents of a large family. The parents were hard working and industrious and they provided their children a very large almost palatial home with robust security because some of the other homes nearby weren’t very friendly.

The children of this family began to take everything their parents had provided for them for granted. As they grew into adulthood, they wasted their money on frivolous things, they engaged in reckless behavior, they joined climate and sex cults.

Then one day, the parents had had enough. They gathered their ungrateful children around the kitchen table and said, “It’s time you all moved out. It’s time you stopped freeloading on our generosity. You’ve all become spoiled degenerates who are so conceited that you actually lecture us on how to survive in the real world when we’ve created this safe haven for you and given you every opportunity to prosper. Well, we’re exhausted now. We want to enjoy life and no longer feel compelled to keep paying for your reckless behavior. So, get out! You now longer live here. Good luck on your own.”

The grown children were shocked, and they flipped off and cursed their parents, gathered their belongings and stomped out of the house. In a matter of weeks, their belongings were stolen or destroyed. They all became destitute. Many of them begged for help on street corners. Many of them were constantly beat up by thugs. They did not live happily ever after.
