I am going to try this again, worded differently. I am not looking for attacks on Trump, Trump supporters, Trump skeptics, Anti-Trump, etc. I am looking for the pathway forward for the future of the Republic. What is the pathway to success?
In the spirit of understanding, I would like to know what the plan is, exactly, to make changes in a conservative direction. I ask, because, frankly, the old GOP story was “Elect us and we will change things,” and that just never was borne out. The GOP does not seem to have many wins at all.
Who are the people, and what is the planned policy to do things like:
Thanks in advance.

I think we can look to Turning Point USA as a model. We just need more people in more contexts. All we need is organization that actually wants to achieve what they say they want to achieve. I think it's really that simple, which is why I'm so angry that things are the way they are.
I know this probably isn't as specific as you wanted, but seriously I encourage everyone to go check out the Charlie Kirk efforts.

Your item #1 is precisely the most important item to be changed. The failure has been mainly associated with the Congress delegating authority within vague legislation authorizing the federal bureaucracy to legislate in place of the Congress and it is a disaster. Senator Mike Lee tried to address this but no success. Trump promised deregulation and did some. That is the right direction but a lot more is needed and I have no idea where this concept is in the eyes of Trump's party platform people.

There is no plan, and it certainly is not create more profit seeking media organizations at the expense of building actual political coalitions and party apparatus, preferably starting at the local level and building out from there.
In reality, probably the only path forward for any conservative politics is to concentrate on anti-left/woke policies and gut the universities. If you can get a coalition in there that also wantes to secure the border, great.
Final analysis though is that its all probably too late in the game. The institutions have already been gutted and skinned by the left, who now wear those skins like kabuki masks. Just hope some sembalnce of normality lasts long enough that you can end your days in peace.
And there's your dose of joy for today! ; )

I’m working my way thru these two volumes. Flynn puts out a good perspective. I haven’t gotten to his approach yet
