The Death Throes of Christian Europe

News outlets reported a few days ago that street protests had materialized in Paris and that the protesters were students upset with the conditions of their schools. This narrative was still spouted by news anchors as late as Saturday morning. Some pundits, like The Five's liberal co-host Jessica Tarlov, chose to ignore the live video images of Palestinian flags, communist flags, and Antifa symbols prominently displayed by the protesters.

Also initially dismissed was any mention of Muslim men contributing to the mayhem. But it soon became apparent that the protests that quickly turned into violent riots were so much more than a mere protest from disgruntled students. Naturally, arguments can ensue over whether the student protest was co-opted by other radical elements or whether the student protest was a ruse to begin with, that the real intent in France was to tear down the French government, French institutions, and sack not just Paris but also other major cities in France and throughout Europe. Many of the rioters are wearing face masks, others wear gas masks - almost as though they had been readily equipped to pick up and toss back tear gas canisters at police while building barricades on streets or bonfires in intersections.

As the violence escalated, cars and police vehicles were torched and pummeled with rocks and bricks. Stores were looted. Buildings were burned to the ground not just in Paris but in Lyon, Limoges, Marseille…and then similar riots erupted in Milan, Italy, Tirana, Albania, and Brussels, Belgium.

Ignoring the Islamic component of the riots was to be expected from Leftist politicians and the punditocracy. Even the naive Christian clergy, including His Holiness Pope Leo, have downplayed the threat of the Islamist invasion of Europe.

It's alarming that the Leftist intellectual elite have gone from simply spouting the mantra of multiculturalism and extolling the host country's benefits with slogans like "diversity is our strength" to actually punishing anyone who questions or challenges the intent of hordes of illegal migrant military-aged Islamic men that continue to invade Europe. For example, in England, where there are many Muslim mayors, magistrates, and Labour ministers, this occurred:

In the UK, a child at a primary school was branded a racist for refusing to take part in Ramadan
The child said - "Why do we have to do that? I'm not doing that. Do I have to? If I don't will you make me?"
The school responded - "This will be added to your child's behaviour record and the schools log of racist incidents"
Children are indoctrinated
If you refuse you will be punished
The Islamisation of the UK continues

What has taken centuries to create, a Christian-based civilization that inspired great works of literature, art, and architecture, great technological innovations, and a system of justice that aimed to protect the innocent and punish the guilty, is now on the verge of being burned and destroyed in France, in Italy, in Belgium, perhaps soon in Great Britain, and elsewhere throughout Europe.

Paris, Lyon, Limoges, and Marseille: Over half a million rioters took to the streets of virtually every major French city. Fires were set on the streets of Paris. Stores have been looted. The Limoges Town Hall was burned to the ground.

In Marseille, the town hall has been sacked by rioters waving Palestinian flags, and rioters continue to attack police.

How has French President Macron responded to the rioting? Here is his very stern published statement after enjoying an evening being entertained by Celine Dion:

No room for violence in our Republic.
Those who have broken, attacked the prefectures as well as businesses, looted even our town halls, will be prosecuted and punished.
To the law enforcement forces, guarantors of the right to demonstrate, I express the support of the Nation.
We will all stand united against the sowers of chaos, who seek only to bring down our institutions and prevent those who peacefully express their demands from doing so.

If the report below is accurate, then the rioters don't seem to be too worried about Macron's pronouncement and the official French police response they've witnessed:

Police officers stationed near the Élysée Palace report that protesters have broken into the gardens of the official residence of French President Emmanuel Macron, amid violent unrest in central Paris. Other sources claim that law enforcement has opened fire on the intruders and that snipers have been deployed on surrounding rooftops to protect the president and the presidential complex.
