Last week, President Trump held a rally at Madison Square Garden. The news media went nuts, with MSNBC leading the way, interspersing video images of a Nazi rally from the 1930s with the present rally. I guess MSNBC forgot that Democratic conventions also occurred in Madison Square Garden, or that Billy Joel played there for an exceptionally long time. But the fake news is going to fake news.
When the rally kicked off, there was a comedian who was used to performing roasts. He comes out on the stage and roasts everyone. But the comment that gets everybody stirred up is where he basically says there's an island of floating garbage out there somewhere, and he thinks it's called Puerto Rico. Well, that just set everything off.
President Biden, unwilling to be left out in the cold, decided that he was going to up the ante—call and raise, if you will—and went on video calling all of President Trump's supporters garbage.
The fake news decided that they were going to, you know, ameliorate President Biden's statements by claiming that they all heard an apostrophe at the end of the word "supporters." Fake news is going to fake news, after all. These people should be called Gunga Din for carrying so much water for President Biden. Except that analogy wouldn't be fair to Gunga Din. He was actually a really decent guy in the poem.
Anywho. President Trump is on a plane to another rally while the whole garbage kerfuffle is blowing up. Well, I'll just let him explain to you how the images of President Trump riding in a garbage truck for 2 feet or wearing an orange safety vest at his rally came about.
No kidding, these folks conjured up a MAGA garbage truck just to make a point.
Oilfield Rando (a random X user) imagines how that came about.
Now that is a pile of hot garbage.

Another great opportunity to judo flip the Democrats' mistakes. There's thought that Barron is behind some of the campaign decisions, such as this, going on Theo Von, etc. So much joy.
He's coming to Albuquerque today at noon. He's staying at the airport since he had already planned to be at Henderson, Nevada at 1500. The base shares the runway with the airport, so my normal route was already extremely backed up. Had to take an alternate route and had no issues. Not sure if New Mexico is in play but it's nice to be added at the last minute.

This is the Joy campaign.
Imagine if they had tried to do this at the speed of government.

I am told that real Puerto Ricans get the joke as it relates to an ongoing waste disposal challenge on the island.
