Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.
Many people were surprised by how poorly Kamala Harris did in her Fox News interview the other night. But they should remember that those who are above criticism naturally become weak-minded and self-centered. Harris is a leftist woman of color from San Francisco. Both of her parents were professors at Stanford. How many conservatives do you think have been close friends of hers or her parents? She has insulated herself from reality and thus struggles on those rare occasions when she is confronted by it. Perfectly understandable.
This is also why she views herself as an "outsider" candidate, despite being the Vice President for the past four years. Democrats run as outsider/protest candidates, even if they are incumbents. They prey on people's dissatisfaction with their lives, and promise Utopia if you just vote Democrat. So the incumbent is not Biden / Harris - the incumbent is tradition and reality. If you don't like reality, vote Democrat.
So their voter base is those who are dissatisfied, frustrated, or jealous of others. Which is why class warfare is so important to Democrats. They need as many people to be dissatisfied, frustrated, or jealous as possible. It may seem cynical and destructive, but for Democrats, it's just good politics.
Kamala encourages people to vote for her, so she can fix this mess. And she doesn't mean the mess that she and Joe Biden have created. She means the mess of this horrible world we live in. She hates it as much as you do, and she'll fix it, if only you'll give her your vote.
Just don't question her on the details. That will only confuse and anger her, like her interviewer did the other night.
Just focus on the big picture, here. And, of course, the big picture is that there are some people who are better off than you are right now. SOMEBODY MUST DO SOMETHING!!!
If you're not sure what something is, that's OK. Just vote Democrat. They'll take care of everything. Really.

The reality I don't like has been caused by Democrats in power.

Imagine a world where you are forced to use government money and we actually have deflation instead of inflation.

And when you think about Kamala's competence, remember the Biden crime family picked her for VP as insurance against attempts to remove Joe Biden from the Presidency.

When it came to fixing things, Kamala might have been able to handle a traffic ticket. On the other hand, maybe not.

Doc - what is all this about dissatisfaction, frustration, and jealousy? I’m not sensing much joy in this post. You forgot about the joy. Here, let me cheer you up (trigger warning):
