Has there ever been a president who said, "We love you, God," and then "God bless Israel"?
Do you notice Trump's voice cracking when he says, "We love you, God"? I don't think he is reading that from a teleprompter.
Now we know why the mission to Iran was such a success. After all, Trump must be concerned about the future of his Jewish grandchildren, which means the future of Israel. Which, after all, depends on heavenly assistance.
And perhaps President Trump has been made aware of this promise, as spoken by God to Abraham:
"I will bless those who bless you, and he who curses you I will curse." (Genesis 12:3)

"We love you G-d."
I think it's stuff like that that makes so many folks of an intellectual bent (real or imagined) get all apoplectic and start throwing the word "moron" around.
I never could stand listening to President Obama wrap the most noxious claptrap in ponderous professorial verbiage in an effort to sound like something other than the resentful radical mediocrity he's always been.
With Trump, in contrast, I usually find myself nodding in agreement while thinking to myself how much better I could have said the same thing. I can live with that. I can happily live with that.
In November 2024, America, Israel, and the world dodged a bullet the size of a GBU-57 bunker buster.

I thought the "We love you God" was a little odd-sounding, but I felt his adding "God Bless Israel" to "God Bless the USA" was a lovely grace note.

Making what was clearly a religious statement in public was powerful. Thanks, Mr. President.
