Today President Trump announced a new Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program that effectively crowdsources the search for fraud and corruption, rewarding people for tips that lead to criminal charges.

What's the point? Trump will only pardon them as he's done with so many crooks and fraudsters (as with anything to do with Trump, money is involved).
