Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.
The owners and management of the WNBA represent almost everything wrong with white liberal women—supported and subsidized by successful men (the NBA) but entitled, ungrateful while expecting equal rewards for grossly unequal market value. They have circled the wagons around the preposterous notion that sexual “identity” is merely a state of mind even though strictly adhering to that fiction would destroy women’s sports, including their own league.
The WNBA refuses to define “woman” in its collective bargaining agreement or elsewhere in its rules and documentation. Fans who display shirts or signs supporting a female-only rule for women’s sports are immediately accosted by arena security at WNBA games, treatment unlike almost any other message-bearing media. Two former NBA players have declared themselves eligible for the WNBA draft and successfully trolled and enraged WNBA owners and transgender advocates with this demonstrably silly gesture.
A boycott of the WNBA by transgenders would have no measurable economic impact, but the scourge of political incorrectness is enough to cow white liberals in positions of authority. Why?
What is wrong with white liberal women?
They are more likely to believe in catastrophic climate change and to support the economically suicidal policies that fear engenders, along with the life-mutating idea that children should not be brought into this damaged world.
Feminism successfully instilled the idea that contraceptive availability means that women can enjoy promiscuity in the same way as irresponsible men. Rather than a wave of female happiness, we opened a golden age for lounge lizards and the puer aeternus.
Women rightfully fought sexual harassment in the workplace but then went farther and built a country ruled by HR departments and campus admins who uniformly dumped masculine values of merit, competition, discourse, and excluded men from hiring and school admissions. Women increasingly complain of a shortage of successful men.
White liberal women do not permit themselves to notice the glaringly obvious misogyny in Islam, the dangers of non-prosecution of crime, the economic injury of safety-minded hyper-regulation, that “compassionate” policies created drug-infested homeless camps in public areas, and the horrific social deformation from dependency.
Young women vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, almost as if they really want to live the “life of Julia” from the Obama video in which a young woman’s entire life is about her relationship to government assistance and intervention. Julia appeared in a 2012 campaign ad, so she is now settling into middle age and probably has a ‘We Believe in Science’ yard sign, a fading Biden-Harris bumper sticker on a Prius, and three cats. She is proud she finally dumped Brantley, part-time web designer, failed bass player and twice-fired barista.
Conservative women do exist in number and have far more babies. But angry lesbians and other white liberal women have wildly disproportionate influence. What can we do to prevent more Julias and to rescue those who are still cognitively salvageable?

The WNBA bylaws say that you have to be a woman to play in the WNBA. There was a woman who pretends to be a man who played in the WNBA. Obviously, the WNBA does not believe that the woman pretending to be a man is a man because otherwise they would have restricted that person from playing in the WNBA. This is all performative in nature.
And why didn't the millions of trans supporters go out to support the woman who believes that she is a man whenever she played in the WNBA.

That's true.
But now leftists pretend to be unsure what a woman is. So the WNBA must pretend to be unsure what a woman is.
Which means they must pretend to be suddenly unsure who, exactly, is permitted to play in the Women's National Basketball Association.
It's fun to watch.

Wonderful.
Although to answer your question, we can't produce less Julias. Because Julia is a school teacher. Is Julia going to teach her students how pathetic she is? No. She intends to lead by example.

Empathy.
And it was pushed by Obama. In “The Audacity of Hope,” Obama wrote, “A sense of empathy is at the heart of my moral code.”
So it’s not about right or wrong, or truth, it’s about feelings.
Gad Saad has written about this in Suicidal Empathy. A taste:
I think it is easier to cure cancer.
