Please read the linked article to the bottom before commenting. If you can't bother to read it, I can't bother to care what you think about it.
I continue to be puzzled, perplexed, befuddled, and a little frightened by the lack of conservative enthusiasm for Ron DeSantis. Here's a guy with no fear, balls of brass, and the ability to get things done. He would make a great POTUS.
He's Trump without the indictments, the porn star, and the megalomania, and most important, without the consistent poor choices of candidates in peripheral elections. He's Trump without having lost the House in 2018, the Senate in 2020, Georgia in 2021 and Georgia, Arizona and Pennsylvania in 2022. He's Trump without the inability to win an election since a fluke in 2016. He ought to be polling 85-90%.
When you all go in lockstep and nominate Mr. Trump as our candidate in 2024, I will of course vote for him; but when he crashes and burns, as he inevitably will, I will have to suffer the consequences too. Doesn't seem fair.
And don't call me a RINO. I donated money to Ronald Reagan in 1976 and voted for Him at least three times (ditto for Trump). My credentials are sterling.

I haven't seen any polls lately - wonder if that's on purpose? I've been dismayed that he hasn't dominated the field either. His hurricane responses, Covid response, his getting these people home.
He's one of the few politicians I've given money to in that last 20 years.
I think Iowa will surprise.

Let's hope. Will also contribute. Maybe the judge's gag order will state he can't insult DeSantimonius for a year.

I had decided earlier today that if DeSantis is not the Republican nominee in 2024, I will have to mark my ballot: "None of the Above." I would not look forward to another presidency of either Trump or Biden.
Even in the face of the Hamas atrocity, Trump goes on the air to make it all about Trump. For me, that was the last straw.

He's Captain Ahab without the ivory leg. I sure miss his 2017-2019, though.
