Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.
Charlie Kirk posted the following on X:
Tucker has it right: If you don’t like what’s going on in America — lack of due process of law, weaponization of government, trampling of civil liberties — you must re-elect President Trump. It doesn’t matter that you don’t like him, that you don’t entirely agree with him. The failure to re-elect President Trump when you have a choice to do so, is an acceptance of the treatment of President Trump as a new normal in America.
Vivek Ramaswamy got this right away. All the others vying for the Republican nomination were either tepid or, in the case of Chris Christie, actively promoting this new normal.
This is serious. There is no other means at the common man’s disposal to firmly reject this lawless government than to support the re-election of President Trump. Never Trumpers need to look deep into their souls and ask whether they can accept this new normal. If they can, then that’s on them. Reluctant Trumpers need to give up the notion that any other candidate with an (R) after their name on the ballot will send the same message in support of restoring equal justice and constitutional order. If Republicans pick anyone else, then they are acceding to the Progressives the most fundamental understanding of what the “rule of law“ means.
It is time to unite. Continued division only emboldens the architects of the new normal. There may be better persons to be president than Donald J. Trump, but there is no clearer statement of what Americans want America to be, or more accurately what Americans don’t want America to be, than what will be delivered with his re-election.

I don’t accept this administrative behaviour as normal in any sense, but otherwise wholly agree. There are too many examples to list (except maybe allowing a satanic exhibit at a Christmas tree celebration) but see moral bankruptcy celebrated by the administration. If ever there was a time for Whatever it Takes - this is it. Another close analogy - addicts have to choose to recover. Have we as citizens hit bottom yet and are we ready to choose freedom again?

Fair question. At this point he shouldn’t be.

I'm more concerned about the lack of justice for the COVID lockdowns and BLM riots - and a President DeSantis is the only candidate who will hold the guilty in those debacles accountable. It's time for all to unite around the candidate who can win and govern.
