I can take the loosey-goosey attitude much of the time, but when it comes to travel, especially air travel, I am firmly in the Lileks there is no such thing as over-planning camp.

I have always been that way, even before I was married, and it was only reinforced by the honeymoon event which shall not be named at this time.

I am with James, I plan trips in advance, especially when going overseas.

I would travel to India frequently for work. I kept an extra set of clothes in our Office in India in case the Airlines miss handled my bags.

But you could still get new stuff and the airline pays for it, right?

I figured that it would be an international airline that was responsible.
