    Arabica>Robusta

    In SE Asia they only use robusta. It's rather unfortunate.

    I discovered cold brew here in Korea, where you can get arabica. Now that's all I make, drink and buy. I only drink hot coffee if there's no viable alternative.

    Tepid coffee is awful, but iced is great.

    I know I will convert no one...

    I had a customer with a coffee service that had Flame Room Blend. It was good coffee. The guys in this office were about 10 years older than I, so I didn't know where the flame room was, I'm now 60. The loved to tell me the story of The Flame Room. They probably liked telling the store just as much as drinking the coffee.
