Tired of the toxicity of social media? Why not join Ricochet for just $5/month? Think of it as an online bar. Come in, have a drink, hang out, say whatever you want. But don’t badger, bully, or berate the other drinkers. That's our only rule.

Plenty of seats available in the Diner today because, well, you know why. Let's get ready for the big holiday weekend next.

Used to have some proper fireworks down at the sand pit. Here's what you do with bottle rockets:
Take an old bit of loose screen or chicken wire. Hammer it onto a frame of scrap wood. Hang about ten thousand individual rockets off of the screen. Light a bonfire and set the mass on it at once. If you're doing it right you get roughly a hemisphere of rockets flying in all directions, loud enough to drown out the maniacal laughter.
I suppose I should emphasize this was done in a sand pit and not in a suburb. However if you have access to a 'the farm' then I'd go ahead and do it out there, provided you aren't mid drought.
Oh, I watched cousin take a shot right to the sternum in a Roman Candle duel. Afterwards he didn't realize he had been hit at all. No mass to the things.

But still, no mas.
