It's a bit unusual to find oneself adjacent to the biggest news story of the week, but that's exactly what happened to our own Rob Long. He, like Brett Kavanaugh, Deborah Ramirez, Max Stier, and Robin Pogrebin are all member of the Yale University Class of 1987. We explore this story in this show in great detail with Byron York (he of The Washington Examiner and our own Byron York Show podcast). We also discuss the weird story coming of the Ukraine, whether or not dressing as a fictional character is racism, the Streaming Wars, and insect life in the Greater Baltimore area.

Rob says you can avoid anything that’s not in line with your opinions. Has he walked through airports recently? CNN is blaring everywhere. I was looking at a menu for a restaurant in Williamsburg last week, and I heard a patron attacking people who want to limit immigration. Leftism is everywhere (I agree with James).

If netflix can hold on a few years, most of the studios will license their content again. This current phase is large content companies trying to forward integrate because they think they have strategic control point with their content which will force users to subscribe to them.

The thing about netflix is that it created a convenient a la carte system.

I am not going to subscribe to HBO go. I just won't watch their content. I am not going to subscribe to Disney or CBS whatever, I just wont watch their content.

The only reason I subscribe to ANY of these services is for shows for my kids.

Didn't the Ukraine heavily provide information to the clinton campaign?

Wow! Did Peter get suspended for last week's language?
